De La Luz will guide clients from the outset through the whole process from choosing the best property right through to completion of contracts (escritura de compraventa). We take time to fully understand your property needs at the outset so that we can eliminate wasted search time and unnecessary trips and find you a property on your first or second visit to Spain. We are an independent company and are therefore able to provide a completely unbiased overview of each property we find for you. We work solely for you and you pay for our services so we will look after your interests. We are experienced property negotiators and we will do our professional utmost to get you the right property at the right price. When representing clients we negotiate property prices directly with local agents on their behalf and often achieve a price reduction at least equivalent to the success fee we charge.
