Your property viewings in Spain

After we present you with the property shortlist we will give you time to consider the viewing options available to you and will be on hand to discuss this in detail with you so that you are able to make an informed decision about the properties you would like to view.

Based on your feedback, we will organise a series of property viewings on your behalf and meet you in the Costa de la Luz at a convenient time. All organised viewing trips are customised to meet your individual needs and we will recommend local hotels, restaurants, beaches, national parks, golf courses and so on that will help to enhance your trip and get a true feel for the area.

We will personally escort you around all of the short-listed properties, supervising the viewings and dealing with the inmobilarias (Spanish estate agents) and developers on your behalf to clarify details for you and answer any questions that you may have. Time is built into each client viewing trip for you to consider the properties viewed, discuss your thoughts and prioritise those properties that you may wish to view again.

At this stage many clients are able to make an offer and progress with their Spanish property purchase. However, if you find that the original properties viewed on your first trip are not suitable then time will be spent before your return to the UK to re-evaluate your needs so that we may refine your property search and arrange a further viewing trip.
