Your property purchase

Prior to making an offer we will discuss with you and guide you regarding the offer price based on market conditions and comparables at that time. We will make all offers to the inmobilaria (Spanish estate agent) or developer and negotiate the price on your behalf and keep you fully up to date with progress until we finalise an acceptable price for you to proceed with your property purchase. If requested we can provide a list of Spanish Banks providing mortgage services and English-speaking lawyers to assist with your property purchase.
