Premier find-a-property service - for many, the concept of searching for property and dealing with a myriad of estate agents is an experience they would rather avoid. It could take up to 10 visits to the area until they find the right property and busy people with many commitments just don't have the time, inclination or local knowledge to undertake the whole buying process. Standard find-a-property service - there are no client fees payable for this service which is specifically designed for those who require some professional expertise and guidance to locate property without the added value benefits of our premier service.

Off-plan service - Off-plan investments provide buyers with a cost-effective opportunity to buy property in Spain and De La Luz have access to a wide range of developments. There is no charge for this service. The developer pays our fees (dealing with developers on a regular basis allows us to negotiate price discounts and favourable payment terms to pass on to you).

Why use us?
We take time to fully understand your property needs at the outset so that we can eliminate wasted search time and unnecessary trips and find you a property on your first or second visit to Spain. We don’t sell property and this allows us to provide an independent search service to shortlist properties for you to view. We work solely for you and you pay for our services so we will look after your interests. We are experienced property negotiators and we will do our professional utmost to get you the right property at the right price.
