Our Fees

At De La Luz we recognise that buying a property in Spain is not always straightforward and every client has different needs hence our flexible approach. Many clients we meet have spent time in Costa de la Luz and have a clear idea of the area they would like to buy a property in and the type of property they would like us to find on their behalf. In this situation we can get to work straightaway. Others however are convinced of the merits of buying a property in this part of “real” Spain but require more guidance and advice from us in order to decide which part of Costa de la Luz is for them before we can commence a property search on their behalf. De La Luz’s property search service is structured to accommodate both these requirements, providing the client with maximum flexibility.

• Standard find-a-property service – there are no clients fees payable for this service 
• Premier find-a-property service – The initial Instruction Fee* is £600 plus VAT, which is not refundable but will be deducted from the invoice for the Success Fee payable on exchange of contracts.
• Off-plan service - there is no charge for this service

The initial instruction fee is payable on signing acceptance of De La Luz Terms and Conditions of Business and instructing De La Luz to commence a property search on your behalf.

Once De La Luz find a property on your behalf and successfully help you to acquire your chosen property, the Success Fee will be calculated at 2.5% plus VAT of the purchase price of a property introduced by De La Luz and is payable on exchange of contracts.

*  At this time, the Instruction Fee will be deducted from the invoice for the Success Fee.
